3.1.We inform you that our company, as the Data Controller, processes the data necessary for the performance of its activities on the basis of the Privacy Policy and on the basis of a written contract concluded with data processors for this purpose, using data processors acting on behalf of the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as “data processor”). 4. Supervisory bodies and remedies
Please be informed that if you (as a data subject) have a complaint about the processing of your personal data in connection with the activities on the website or otherwise experience unlawful processing, you have the following legal remedies.
4.1 If you experience any unlawful situation in connection with the processing of your personal data, please notify the Data Controller directly in the first instance so that we can investigate the matter and take action to remedy the unlawful situation. The Data Controller will, without delay after such notification, take all reasonable steps required by law and to the extent that the Data Controller is reasonably entitled to do so, to investigate the matter and to bring the unlawful situation to an end, and will notify the data subject within 15 days using the contact details provided by the data subject.

4.3 In the event of a breach of your data protection rights, you may – at your option – take legal action. The court will decide the case out of turn. The action shall be brought before the court of the place where the Controller has its registered office or where you reside or are domiciled. The Data Controller shall compensate you for the damage caused by unlawful processing of your data or by the breach of data security requirements. Please note that the Data Controller is also liable for any damage caused to you by a data processor. Please note that the Data Controller will be exempted from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by an unforeseeable event outside the scope of the processing.
